Boats for Sale

In the shop, there are always new boats under construction which means that we need to move out older designs or demo boats. Since we always encourage customers to try out our boats before they settle on a design, demo boats are those that we have on hand for customers to try out before they settle on a design for themselves. These boats have also been on display at boat shows over the last few years. All sale boats come with our one year full warranty; however they may have a few small dents or scratches that may be visible.

Below are the boats that are currently for sale. More specs boats can be found on the kayaks page. If you wish more info on these sale boats or would like to make an offer, Contact Us

Luna

Initial price $4500 Asking price $3800

Luna is a great little day kayak. There is lots of stability at 25 inches wide. This boat has one bulkhead aft of cockpit and one hatch opening in the back for storage held in place with internal bungies. The area in front of the cockpit is open and requires a flotation bag for safety. The boat has never been on the water, however it has a few small dents from transporting to and from trade shows. Seat not shown but included.

Springer

Initial price $6800 Asking price $4800

This kayak has a low profile and is best suited to a smaller paddler who does not need a lot of leg room. The pin striping is a ribbon of different woods that appears to twist as it curves over the deck and run right through the cockpit. It has two standard bulkheads and two hatches. The hatch covers are held down with straps. The boat has been in the water for short trips and has a few small scratches. We have changed the design of Springer to give it more internal room and would like to move this older boat out. Seat not shown but included.

Hyak

Initial price $6000 Asking price $4800

This boat is long and fast. Initial stability in this boat is the lowest of all our boats. It is best suited to someone who is looking for a boat for recreational racing. This boat has two standard bulkheads and hatch openings held down with internal bungies. It has wooden recessed deck fitting and recessed wood finger pulls instead of the standard small straps on the hatches. The hull has the standard few scratches. Seat not shown but included.

Nutshell Pram

The Nutshell pram, designed by Joel White, is a great little tender. This is the 9'6” sailing version. The pram is designed to be built from plywood, but we strip planked it. It has two layers of fiberglass below waterline inside and outside, a solid spar and the transoms are lapped, solid mahogany, with seats of solid cedar. The sail is a traditional tan bark colour.
